Dr Simon Western

Simon is the CEO and founder of A-N Coaching.  He is an international coach, consultant, keynote speaker, academic and author of two acclaimed books on leadership and coaching.

Simon’s coaching expertise is with senior leaders, working on strategy, organizational change and their personal leadership relationships and challenges.

Pooja has utilised her coaching expertise in the corporate and charity sectors. She has worked as an organisational consultant for over 15 years, in global corporations, in the banking sector. Dr Sally Vanson is an international business coach, coach supervisor and professional coach trainer. I am a highly qualified, experienced coach and therapist, who has worked for over twenty years with individuals and teams. I work with a wide range of clients including those in large statutory organisations, through to individuals starting new businesses, ventures and personal projects.

Simon Cavicchia

Lynne has held 3 Chief Executive roles within the UK for the past 17 years. She has been a non Executive Director on over 25 Boards and is now a registered coach working freelance. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and the Royal Society of Arts. She was previously the CEO of the Centre for Excellence in Leadership which developed over 40,000 leaders and was at the forefront of individual, team and organisational coaching interventions. She sat on the Prime Ministers Review of UK public sector leadership from 2010/11.

Mary Joyce

Mary is a leadership consultant and executive coach working internationally with CEOs, senior teams, and boards. Jeremy Lazarus

Dr Martin McNamara

Martin has over thirty years experience in healthcare and higher education.
